At the ripe old age of 10.75 months, Hayden has his first diaper rash. Unfortunately, the last couple of days have been full of new foods. At the BBQ yesterday he tried baked beans, bits of burger, and cinnamon (in applesauce). Then today he had plums for the first time. So...who knows...my suspiscion is that it was the plums from lunch. Or maybe it was the artichoke heart on the piece of pizza??? Hmmm, what can I say...the kid likes to eat...and he isn't picky! We are always letting him try new things without incident. Maybe now we will be a little more cautious.

We gave him a sitz bath, lubed him up with ButtPaste (yes, that is the actual product name), and tucked him in for the night. Hopefully all will be well in the morning. Poor guy.
